I've done this one a little differently. The high and low bandwidth are mpeg4 files, hope you like it!
Found out that people without Quicktime player can't play mpeg4 files so I added a Windows Media version.
Realized I'd screwed up the Windows Media version so it pointed back to the mpeg4 file. If you'd not been able to get it to play in the past, try it now.
